MASSAGE
Head, Shoulder & Neck
Loosen up and feel lighter.
After hours at the computer, texting on your phone, or long trips, your body speaks through your neck and trapezius muscles. Here we stop, breathe, and take care to release tension, stretch, and restore lightness. A session focused on the trapezius muscles, cervical muscles, base of the skull, and shoulders, ideal for those who feel accumulated weight in the upper body.
How It Works
- Brief assessment: we identify where you feel the most tension, how long you have felt it, and in which movements it is most noticeable.
- Targeted and precise work: sustained pressure, safe trigger points, gentle stretching of the neck and shoulders, and shoulder blade mobilization, always without sudden movements.
- Pressure adapted to your comfort: you may experience some “good” discomfort if you request firm pressure on specific points; we only proceed this way if you are comfortable with it. Otherwise, we always maintain a comfortable level.
- Breathing and rhythm: we conduct the session with calm breathing to help the body relax.
- Environment: soft lighting, discreet music, and a comfortable temperature. The sound level is adjusted to your preferences (low voice, little conversation).
Benefits
- Immediate lightness in the head and neck.
- Less stiffness in the trapezius muscles and shoulders.
- Looser cervical mobility in everyday life.
- More comfortable breathing and more natural posture.
When It's Ideal
Intense days on the laptop, long periods of driving or traveling, accumulated tension in the neck, morning stiffness, or returning to routines after prolonged stress.
Preparation
Arrive ten minutes early, tie back long hair, and remove bulky earrings. Inform us of any relevant conditions (tinnitus, vertigo, sensitivities). You can request a quieter environment. We will adjust whenever possible.
Not Recommended
Avoid in cases of fever, active infections, open wounds, acute inflammation, or post-surgery without medical clearance.
In cases of sudden severe pain, persistent dizziness, numbness, or continuous tingling, we recommend medical evaluation before massage.
