MASSAGE
Chi Nei Tsang An Mo
Internal Organ Massage
A deep but gentle massage inspired by the Taoist tradition of Chi Nei Tsang, focused on abdominal relief, breathing, and the sensation of inner space. When the center accumulates tension—stress, shortness of breath, a sedentary routine, or functional discomfort—everything weighs heavily. Here, we welcome, guide the breath, and invite the abdomen to relax from within, restoring lightness and organization to the center of the body.
How It Works
- Originating in Chinese Taoist tradition, focusing on the body's energetic and functional center.
- Work is entirely external, performed on the abdominal wall, without internal maneuvers.
- Gentle circular movements and light pressure, synchronized with breathing.
- Calm rhythm, without abruptness; comfort is a priority.
- If there is marked tension in the back or chest, we can (with the same reservation) integrate a brief therapeutic block before abdominal work, if it makes sense.
Benefits
- Abdominal comfort and feeling of lightness.
- Breathing with more space and a calmer rhythm.
- Feeling of internal organization and emotional clarity.
- Support for functional regularity (varies from person to person).
When It's Ideal
