A gentle, rhythmic, and precise massage designed to support lymphatic circulation, reduce swelling, and bring a sense of calm lightness to the body. After long flights, hot days, or many hours of walking, the body craves gentleness. In this session, we slow down, stimulate natural drainage, and let you breathe more comfortably, inside and out.

How It Works

  • Very light and targeted maneuvers: rhythmic pressure, gentle pumping, and movements toward the inguinal, axillary, and supraclavicular lymph nodes.
  • Areas worked on as needed: legs and ankles, abdomen, and arms.
Pressure always adjusted to your comfort, maintaining the gentle nature of the technique.
  • Hygiene and clean finish: light cream and final cleansing for a comfortable, residue-free feeling.

Note: we do not combine anti-cellulite treatments in the same session, as they are techniques with different intensities.

Benefits

  • General lightness and reduced feeling of swelling.
  • Immediate comfort in legs and ankles.
  • Rest for the nervous system, with a calmer mind.
  • Natural desire to hydrate and move the body after the session.

When It's Ideal

After flights or long trips, hot days, standing or sitting for long periods, cycles with fluid retention, or the start of the week for a gentle reset.

Preparation

  • Arrive 10 minutes early.
  • Hydrate before and after the session.
  • Provide relevant medical history (surgeries, thrombosis, oncology, pregnancy).
  • Come as you are: we will leave you clean, light, and residue-free.

Not Recommended

Avoid in cases of fever, active infections, venous thrombosis, acute edema/inflammation, decompensated heart or kidney failure, or recent surgery without medical discharge.
In cases of oncology or lymphedema, always follow your doctor's advice.
