Firm pressure

A firm, slow, and highly technical massage designed to loosen adhesions, relieve deep tension, and restore mobility to the body. When stiffness builds up (intense training, demanding weeks, strained trapezius muscles, or tight lower back), the body calls for an effective, conscious, and results-oriented approach.

Here we work deeply, without abruptness, respecting your limits and adjusting the pressure to what brings you true relief. The goal is clear: to recover, release, and restore comfort to movement.

How It Works

  • Brief assessment to understand where you feel the most tension and which movements are most difficult.
  • Deep and safe technique: slow and sustained pressure, friction along and across the fiber, gentle myofascial release, and targeted stretching.
  • Breathing and feedback: we use a comfort scale to keep everything within your limits. If you ask for more pressure, there may be some “good discomfort,” always controlled and safe.
  • Conscious and focused rhythm: we work on the back/trapezius, lower back and hips, legs, and other areas depending on the goal for the day.
  • Clean finish: light cream and final cleansing for a comfortable, residue-free feeling.

Benefits

  • Reduction in stiffness and deep tension.
  • Increased mobility and range of motion.
  • Breathable fabric after myofascial release.
  • More comfortable posture and lighter body.
  • Feeling of real recovery.

When It's Ideal

Post-workout or competition, demanding weeks, strained trapezius muscles, stiff lower back, legs overloaded from training, or long days sitting/standing.

Preparation

  • Arrive 10 minutes early.
  • Hydrate before and after.
Inform us of any injuries, relevant conditions, and sensitivities.
