How It Works
- Adaptation according to stage of pregnancy: we always ask how many weeks pregnant you are in order to prepare the best position.
- Safe and comfortable positions: lying on your side with support pillows, avoiding prolonged time on your back and never lying on your stomach.
- Gentle and progressive touch on the lower back/hips, legs/ankles, shoulders, and neck, without deep maneuvers on the abdomen.
- Safe oils and clean finish: light cream and final cleansing for a fresh and comfortable feeling.

When It's Ideal
Throughout pregnancy, especially during periods of heavy legs, lower back pain, irregular nights, after traveling, or on hot days.
Preparation
- Tell us how many weeks you are and any recommendations from your obstetrician, if applicable.
- Come as you are: we will prepare cushions, positions, and all the necessary adjustments.
- Hydrate before and after; avoid intense exertion in the hours following the session.
Not Recommended
Active bleeding, regular painful contractions, acute abdominal pain, loss of amniotic fluid, preeclampsia/uncontrolled hypertension, known venous thrombosis, fever, recent surgery without medical discharge.
In high-risk pregnancies, always follow your obstetrician's advice.
