How It Works
- Full body flow: continuous, enveloping movements without deep focal work, ideal for calming the body.
- Pressure and rhythm adjusted to your comfort, to calm the nervous system and create a feeling of security.
- Therapist preference: you can request a male or female therapist; we always note your preference for future visits.
- Environment: soft lighting, discreet music*, and comfortable temperature. The sound level is adjusted to your needs, whether you prefer a low voice, little conversation, or a completely silent session.

Preparation
Please arrive about ten minutes early, remove any bulky accessories, and let us know about any relevant conditions (injuries, sensitivities, pregnancy). You can request a quieter environment. We will adjust whenever possible to provide you with complete relaxation.
Not Recommended
Avoid in cases of fever, active infections, open wounds, or acute inflammation. In cases of pregnancy, we recommend Pregnancy Massage, with specific care and safe positions.
