In the treatment room, on the massage table. Complete sequence: feet, ankles, calves, tibialis anterior and peroneal muscles, thighs (front and back), and glutes.

  • Safe techniques: sliding, sustained pressure, rhythmic compression, gentle stretching, and mobilization—always without sudden movements.
  • Pressure to your comfort: “good discomfort” only if you ask for firm pressure.
  • Lumbar integration when it makes sense, to improve circulation and weight relief.
    Environment: soft lighting, discreet music, and comfortable temperature; we respect your preferences.

Preparation

Come as you are: initial hygiene with wet wipes and dry finish. Let us know if you have a recent sprain, knee or heel pain, or persistent tingling. At the end, we leave your skin residue-free so you can continue walking lightly.

Avoid in case of open wounds, thrombophlebitis/thrombosis, edema or acute inflammation, painful varicose veins with inflammation, or active skin infections.
