MASSAGE
Foot Reflexology
Relief of tensions e sensação of balance
Precise pressure on reflex points on the feet helps to relax, relieve accumulated tension, and promote an overall sense of balance. Our feet bear the brunt of our daily activities: walking, standing, running around.
In this session, the focus is on them and, through them, on your inner well-being. A massage that invites you to slow down, breathe, and feel your body reorganize itself from the inside out.
How It Works
- Reflexology maps of the feet: we apply specific pressure to areas that, according to Eastern tradition, correspond to different areas and functions of the body.
- Firm and comfortable touch: intensity adjusted to your comfort; more sensitive points are worked on with gentle progression, breathing, and without unnecessary pain.
- Structured sequence: we work on the sole (arch, heel, forefoot), toes, inner/outer edges, and ankles—with gentle mobilization at the end to loosen the joint.
- Environment and comfort: soft lighting, discreet music, comfortable temperature. Session performed in a special chair (adjustable support for legs and lower back) or on a massage table.
- Hygiene and clean finish: we finish with light cream and wipe off any excess to leave the skin comfortable and residue-free.
Benefits
- General relaxation and a feeling of mental clarity.
- Immediate lightness in the feet and greater comfort when walking.
- Greater sense of inner balance and well-being.
- Helps you “switch off” after intense days and stimulates a feeling of groundedness.
When It's Ideal
Long days walking or standing, heavy feet, periods of accumulated stress, the need for a mental break or a moment of care that starts “from the bottom up.”
Preparation
- Come as you are: we provide initial hygiene with wet wipes and disposable protection.
- Nothing to bring: you don't need socks, shoes, or products.
- Tell us how you feel: ticklishness, heel pain, persistent tingling, or recent sprain. We adjust our touch and pressure for total safety and comfort.
Not Recommended
Avoid in case of open wounds, active infections, painful fissures, painful warts, recent sprains with swelling, or acute gout.
In cases of diabetes with loss of sensitivity, significant circulatory problems, or intense pain without diagnosis, we recommend clinical evaluation.
During pregnancy, we adjust the touch and avoid specific points. Just indicate how many weeks.
