How It Works
- Traditional Japanese origin, focused on energy balance.
- The session is performed lying down on a massage table, fully clothed, without oils.
- Gentle, stable, and intentional hand positions, focusing on presence and breathing.
- Silent session, without muscle manipulation.
- May include very light ambient sound to support relaxation.
