MASSAGE
Detox Therapy (Lymphatic Drainage + Relaxing)
Flowing lightness, body at rest
This massage combines the effectiveness of gentle manual lymphatic drainage with the enveloping tranquility of a relaxing massage.
It is a therapy designed to relieve the feeling of swelling, support lymphatic circulation, and restore a feeling of internal lightness to the body, while the mind slows down and finds clarity.
When the body needs gentleness—after long trips, heat, intense routines, or a feeling of “heaviness” in the legs and abdomen—this session helps you regain balance effortlessly. Here we slow down, stimulate natural drainage, and let the body breathe from within.
How It Works
- In the treatment room, on the massage table.
- Gentle manual lymphatic drainage: very light, targeted strokes towards the lymph nodes, with rhythmic pressure, always without sudden movements.
- Moments of relaxation integrated into the back and shoulders to calm the nervous system.
- Areas worked on as needed: legs and ankles, abdomen, and arms.
- Pressure to your comfort: it should not hurt; if you ask for a little more in one area, we will adjust without losing the gentle nature of the technique.
- Hygiene and clean finish: light cream and final cleaning with wet wipes for a comfortable feeling and no residue.
Benefits
- Overall lightness and reduced feeling of bloating.
- Comfort in the legs, ankles, and abdomen.
- Deep rest for the nervous system and greater mental calm.
- Natural feeling of hydration and movement after the session.
When It's Ideal
After flights or long trips, hot days, standing or walking routines, periods of fluid retention, the beginning of the week for a gentle reset, or whenever your body needs lightness.
Preparation
- Arrive ten minutes early.
- Hydrate before and after the session.
- Provide relevant medical history (surgeries, thrombosis, oncology, pregnancy).
- Come as you are: we prepare everything and leave you clean and comfortable.
