Harmony
Wu Xing therapy is inspired by the Chinese tradition of the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—to harmonize emotions and re-center the body. Through light touches, mindful pauses, and guided breathing, this session helps to calm, organize, and bring clarity when emotions pull in different directions. It is a moment to slow down, breathe, and find your center again.
