What data we collect and why
Identification and contact
name, email, mobile phone and Country.
To manage bookings, confirm appointments and respond to requests.
Booking data
store, date/time, duration, general service preferences (e.g.: pressure, areas to avoid), among other particularly relevant points.
To personalize the session and ensure quality and safety.
Billing and payment
data necessary for invoice issuance.
To comply with legal and tax obligations.
(We do not store complete card data; when there is online payment, it is processed by certified processors.)
Communications and marketing
in case of authorization, we store your consent to receive news, offers and reminders by email and/or WhatsApp.
Technical navigation data
strictly necessary cookies; and, if you accept, analytics and marketing cookies (See our Cookie Policy).

Who we share with
We only share what is necessary with partners who help us provide the service, properly authorized and legitimized for this purpose.
- Technology providers: booking engine, hosting, email, customer support tools;
- Payments: processors and banks (when applicable);
- Communications: WhatsApp Business and email.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Google/Meta ads (only if you accept analytics/marketing cookies).
If there are transfers outside the European Union, we ensure that the necessary safeguards are verified.
How long
Booking and billing data: We will keep your personal data only for compliance with legal obligations and for a period that corresponds to the prescription of responsibilities arising from these legal obligations and will not exceed 10 years, counted from the date of termination of the contractual relationship.
Marketing communications: We will also keep the data necessary to prevent fraud and abusive uses against Ecomassage, Lda. for the period necessary to execute this purpose, which will not exceed 2 years from the date of termination of existing contractual relationships.

Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, limit, object, as well as port your data.

Security
We apply adequate technical and organizational measures (access control, encryption in transit, internal policies). No technology is perfect, but we work hard to reduce inherent risks.
Minors
The service is intended for people over 16 years old. Services to minors require the presence or authorization of whoever exercises parental responsibilities and/or the respective Guardian.

We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on the respective website, with the last update date.
