Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Identification of the Service Provider

EcoMassage is operated by the commercial company SAUL E DORISCAR, Lda., legal entity no. 515 361 208, duly registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry Office under the same number, with its registered office at Rua dos Fanqueiros n.º 110, 1100-232 Lisboa. It has establishments in Lisbon (Rua Áurea n.º 260) and Porto (Rua 31 de Janeiro n.º 210).

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings may be made through the website, telephone, WhatsApp or in person.

A booking is only considered confirmed after express communication from EcoMassage and, where applicable, after payment of the corresponding deposit or security amount.

The minimum age to use the services is 16 years. The provision of services to minors is subject to the presence or prior, express consent of the holder of parental responsibilities or legal guardian.

3. Punctuality and Delays

Clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

In the event of client delay, the session may be shortened so as not to compromise subsequent appointments, while maintaining the full price of the contracted service.

4. Changes and Cancellations

General deadline: any change or cancellation must be communicated with at least 6 working hours' notice (considering opening hours), at no cost.

Bookings without voucher: cancellations outside the deadline or no-shows result in full charge of the service and forfeiture of the amount paid as a security deposit.

Bookings with voucher: cancellations outside the deadline or no-shows result in the loss of the right to use the voucher, which shall be considered used. For operational purposes, the voucher is associated with the booking at the time of reservation.

5. Health, Safety and Conduct

Health conditions: the client undertakes to inform in advance of any relevant conditions, including pregnancy, injuries, recent surgeries, allergies, infections or other situations that may affect the provision of the service.

EcoMassage does not provide medical care nor perform clinical diagnoses. Should contraindications exist, EcoMassage reserves the right to refuse or adapt the service for safety reasons.

Conduct: services are provided in a strictly professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including of a sexual nature, will result in the immediate termination of the session, with full charge and possible exclusion of the client.

6. Prices, Campaigns and Vouchers (Gift Cards)

The prices and durations of services are available on the website and may be changed at any time.

Campaigns and promotional codes have specific conditions and are non-cumulative, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Validity of vouchers/packs: vouchers and packs have the validity indicated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. Due to system limitations, it is not possible to extend the validity period, even for medical reasons. However, vouchers are transferable to third parties.

Promotional vouchers: vouchers acquired during a campaign may be subject to scheduling restrictions. Booking is recommended at least 15 days in advance. The unavailability of time slots near the end of the validity period does not entitle the holder to an extension or compensation.

Logistical changes: schedules and locations may be changed. Holding a voucher does not guarantee the availability of a specific location or time.

Duration: the duration of services corresponds to that indicated in the respective voucher or service description.

7. Payments and Invoicing

Payment may be made on site or online, where applicable and when available.

Online payments are processed by third-party entities in a secure environment.

The invoice will be issued based on the data provided by the client; the Name and NIF (tax identification number) must be indicated prior to completing the payment.

8. Liability

EcoMassage acts with the required diligence and adopts adequate security measures.

EcoMassage is not liable for damages resulting from: non-compliance with these conditions; omission or inaccuracy of information provided by the client; force majeure events (e.g.: power outages, strikes, riots, natural phenomena, among others).

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, trademarks and logos, is the property of EcoMassage (SAUL E DORISCAR, Lda., legal entity no. 515 361 208) or used with authorization, and its reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Portuguese law applies.

In the event of a dispute, the client may resort to Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution entities or to the competent courts of the Lisbon District.

11. Updates to the Terms

EcoMassage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Amendments take effect upon publication on the website.

12. Compliance with Consumer Law

EcoMassage undertakes to act in accordance with applicable Portuguese legislation on consumer protection, namely the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and other applicable legislation.

Without prejudice to these conditions, the consumer rights provided for by law shall prevail over any provisions herein that may conflict with them.

Pursuant to the applicable legal framework, the client is entitled to the provision of services with quality, to the protection of their economic interests and to compensation for damages, under general legal terms.

In the event of a conflict between these conditions and legal provisions, the legislation in force shall prevail.
