Terms and Conditions of Service
Who we are
EcoMassage (EcoMassage Lda., NIPC n.º 517 022 885 , Headquarters: Rua dos Fanqueiros n.º 110, 1100-232 Lisboa) stores in Lisbon (Rua dos Fanqueiros n.º 110 and Rua Áurea n.º 260) and Porto (Rua 31 de Janeiro n.º 210). Contact: geral@ecomassage.pt.
Booking and confirmation
Bookings through the website, phone, WhatsApp or at the establishment.
The booking is considered confirmed after receiving confirmation (and, when applicable, deposit payment).
Minimum age is 16 years (services to minors require presence/consent of the person responsible for parental responsibilities and/or the respective Guardian).
Punctuality and delays
We ask for arrival 10 minutes before the scheduled session time.
If you arrive late, the session may have to be shortened to respect the schedule, maintaining the defined price.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel up to 6 hours before the scheduled time, at no cost.
Late cancellations (less than 6 hours) or no-show may result in full session charge.
Health and safety
Always inform relevant conditions (pregnancy, injuries, recent surgeries, allergies, dizziness, active infections, among others of special relevance that the masseur should be aware of).
EcoMassage is not a medical service; we do not perform diagnoses or clinical treatments. If there are signs of contraindication, we may refuse or adapt the session for safety.
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Proposals or behaviors of a sexual nature are not accepted and result in immediate session termination, with respective charge.
Prices, campaigns and vouchers
Prices and durations are published on the website and may be updated.
Campaigns and codes (e.g.: couple) have their own terms and conditions, non-cumulative and subject to prior availability.
Gift cards/vouchers: have validity and conditions indicated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
Payments and billing
Payment on site or online (when available).
In online payments, third parties process the payment in a secure environment.
We issue invoice with the provided data.
Responsibility
We act with diligence and adequate security measures.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from non-compliance with these conditions, incomplete information provided by the customer or force majeure situations (e.g.: power cuts, strikes, natural phenomena).
Intellectual property
Website content (texts, images, brand) belongs to EcoMassage and cannot be used without authorization.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Portuguese law applies.
In case of dispute, you can resort to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms or the Courts of Lisbon District.
Changes and cancellations
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on the website.
