MASSAGE
Foot Massage
Walk light, rest the body.
A massage designed to restore lightness to tired feet, relieve the feeling of heaviness, and restore comfort after long days of walking, training, or spending hours on your feet.
The touch is precise and comfortable on the sole, arch, ankles, and associated muscles, working areas that accumulate tension, stiffness, and daily impact.
It is a quick but transformative break, designed to release fatigue and renew your steps.
How It Works
- Brief assessment to identify where you feel most tired: sole of the foot, arch, heel, ankle, or back.
- Technical and comfortable work: deep sliding, sustained pressure on tension points, gentle mobilization of the ankle, and delicate stretching of the toes and plantar fascia. Always without sudden movements.
- Adapted pressure: it should never hurt. “Good discomfort” is only applied if you ask for firmer pressure in specific areas.
Integration up to the ankle and calves (when appropriate), to prolong the feeling of lightness and fluid circulation. - Environment: soft lighting, discreet music, special chair for foot massage, and adjustable support for total lumbar and leg comfort.
Benefits
- Immediate lightness and relief from accumulated weight on the feet.
- Reduction of stiffness in the sole, arch, and ankles.
- Greater mobility in the ankle, toes, and plantar support.
- Deep feeling of relaxation, rest, and renewal.
When It's Ideal
After tourism and long walks, wearing stiff shoes or heels, days spent standing at work, resuming training, or whenever you are looking for a quick and effective massage to revitalize your feet.
Preparation
- Come as you are: we perform initial foot hygiene with wet wipes.
- No need to bring anything: no shoes or specific products.
- Tell us how you feel: sensitivity to tickling, recent sprain, heel pain, or persistent tingling. We adjust our technique and pressure for total safety.
- At the end, we leave your feet residue-free and ready to continue your day in comfort.
Not Recommended
Avoid in cases of open wounds, fungal infections, active infections, painful fissures, painful warts, recent sprains with swelling, or acute gout.
In cases of diabetes with loss of sensitivity, significant circulatory problems, or intense pain without diagnosis, we recommend clinical evaluation.
This massage does not replace medical evaluation or treatment.
