Well-being

When your body asks for care, the first step is to listen. In this session, we work with attention and purpose: relieving pain, releasing tension, and restoring natural body movement, so that you leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a clear head.

A technical approach that acts on contractures, stiffness, and areas that accumulate stress.

How It Works

  • Brief assessment upon arrival: we identify where you feel the most tension, how long you have been feeling it, and which movements are most difficult for you.
  • Targeted work, without aggression: kneading, sustained pressure, gentle stretching, and specific friction. Always without sudden movements.
  • Pressure adapted to your comfort: firm enough to be effective, always without unnecessary pain.
  • Areas of focus defined with you: back and trapezius, lower back, neck and shoulders, or overworked legs.
  • Calm environment: soft lighting, discreet music, and comfortable temperature; we adjust communication according to your preferences (low voice, little conversation).
  • Therapist preference: you can request a male or female therapist; we will make a note for future visits.
  • If deeper work is necessary, we will discuss this with you before starting and suggest the most appropriate approach.

Benefits

  • Relief from pain and muscle tension.
  • Improved mobility and range of motion.
  • More comfortable posture in everyday life.
  • Feeling of lightness and mental clarity.

We can adjust for a quieter environment and minimal communication if you prefer.
