MASSAGE
Therapeutic Massage
Precise technique to relieve tension.
When your body asks for care, the first step is to listen. In this session, we work with attention and purpose: relieving pain, releasing tension, and restoring natural body movement, so that you leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a clear head.
A technical approach that acts on contractures, stiffness, and areas that accumulate stress.
How It Works
- Brief assessment upon arrival: we identify where you feel the most tension, how long you have been feeling it, and which movements are most difficult for you.
- Targeted work, without aggression: kneading, sustained pressure, gentle stretching, and specific friction. Always without sudden movements.
- Pressure adapted to your comfort: firm enough to be effective, always without unnecessary pain.
- Areas of focus defined with you: back and trapezius, lower back, neck and shoulders, or overworked legs.
- Calm environment: soft lighting, discreet music, and comfortable temperature; we adjust communication according to your preferences (low voice, little conversation).
- Therapist preference: you can request a male or female therapist; we will make a note for future visits.
- If deeper work is necessary, we will discuss this with you before starting and suggest the most appropriate approach.

- Improved mobility and range of motion.
- More comfortable posture in everyday life.
